You know family friends and all of those things. Leave that up to your property manager to build that rapport. You never want to use a tenant, but the owner said. But the owner said this, when he came. the owners this and the owner that and against your property manager, it’s if legal steps need to be taken regarding rent arrears. You don’t want to be bombarded or burdened with the emotional relationship that you have with the tenant. So, treat it like business. If you use to live in the property that you’re now calling an investment, then realize that tenants are never going to treat, or it look after the property the way you do.
