We do things a little differently at Leifield as we tailor or fees to each client based on their situation with the type, location and number of properties they own. This can make a big difference to their fee structure while at the same time having a centralised service model for them as a client. You will find our fees are at the least comparable to a typical agent but in some cases extremely competitive especially with the combination of multiple interstate properties. Monthly Admin fee
Our monthly administration fee contributes towards the ongoing subscription costs that we incur of varying marketing and service platforms in an ever-increasing digital age.These are required so we can effectively manage your properties and provide an exceptional service to you as a client, regardless of how much rent we receive on your behalf each month. The fee of $8.80 per month also includes the $1 per month per property we donate to the Causes We Support. Please see our website for more details on the Causes We Support.
With all the various options of different advertising platforms and portals that have varied costs across geographic areas, plus professional photos and signboards, we want to make it as simple as possible. So our fee, of two weeks rent plus GST, includes all the marketing and advertising costs that are necessary. This keeps it simple for our clients as well as giving our leasing agents all the options available to them to lease your property as soon as possible.
For other services such as tenancy dispute preparation, representation at tribunal, insurance claim management and processing there is an hourly charge of $88.00.Other miscellaneous fees could also apply depending on different circumstances and differences in state legislation requirements, but will all be detailed in your management agreement with us.
