Our Fees

Management fees

We do things a little differently at Leifield as we tailor or fees to each client based on their situation with the type, location and number of properties they own. This can make a big difference to their fee structure while at the same time having a centralised service model for them as a client. You will find our fees are at the least comparable to a typical agent but in some cases extremely competitive especially with the combination of multiple interstate properties. Please speak to your relationship manager to discuss your specific situation.

Monthly Admin fee

Our monthly administration fee contributes towards the ongoing subscription costs that we incur of varying marketing and service platforms in an ever-increasing digital age. These are required so we can effectively manage your properties and provide an exceptional service to you as a client, regardless of how much rent we receive on your behalf each month.

Letting fee

With all the various options of different advertising platforms and portals that have varied costs across geographic areas, plus professional photos and signboards, we want to make it as simple as possible. So our fee, for finding you a tenant, includes all the marketing and advertising costs that are necessary. This keeps it simple for our clients as well as giving our leasing agents all the options available to them to lease your property as soon as possible.

Other Services

For other services such as tenancy dispute preparation, representation at tribunal, insurance claim management and processing there is an hourly rate charged as requried. Other miscellaneous fees could also apply depending on different circumstances and differences in state legislation requirements, but will all be detailed in your management agreement with us

Our Goal

Our founder Owen Davis, after years of working in the Real Estate industry and then as a Mortgage Broker, had considerable frustrations about both industries. He saw initially that the Real Estate industry was more concerned and preoccupied with making that next big sale, rather than really being clued into the needs of the buyer, in particular, the property investment buyer. Secondly as a Mortgage Broker, he set up Loans for his Property Investor clients, and would later call in on his clients, only to discover that his clients had not been looked after by their property manager, and his clients were at a loss as to what to do about it or where to turn. Knowing the incredible value of his clients hard earned savings, and the importance of the goals they had set to achieve by investing in property, left Owen with an unshakable feeling that something needed to change. He became increasingly motivated to set up a business to resolve issues all round. His vision for a company that could solve these problems for his clients and help them achieve their long-term goals, and give them never-before-seen peace of mind, became clear very quickly. Today the business continues to grow with over 30% of Leifield clients being in the top 10% of Property Investors across Australia.
