at least once every 3 – 6 months?
This is an important consideration. You have after all, taken the time and invested large amounts of your hard earned money into an investment, and you’ve committed to repaying a mortgage.
So it follows that you deserve to be informed of the status and condition of your valuable investment.
These inspections need to be on a regular basis. If there should be an issue with your investment, it needs to be addressed promptly. Your property manager needs to keep the lines of communication open and relaxed with your tenants, so they are also open and upfront about any issues.
Small issues can over time, turn into big expensive issues, therefore, they need to be addressed quickly.
So naturally, inspections should be at least once every 3 – 6 months.
